Mindfulness Meditation Teacher


Caetlyn is a certified meditation teacher. She is passionate in her role as a facilitator who teaches others the holistic benefits of mindfulness practice. She founded her business Mindful Living & Being in 2018 and has been teaching successful meditation workshops, classes and courses within South Australia. She holds a certificate of completion in Self-compassion (intensive) with Adelaide Mindfulness and a prerequisite certificate of completion for a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course developed by Dr John Kabat-Zinn, to deepen and support her teachings. Caetlyn is currently completing yoga teacher training, as she believes the Yogic Philosophy incorporates mindfulness practice in a beautiful physical form. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Acting and teaches movement & body theatre to students at Adelaide College of the Arts who need to gain further experience and education in performance. Being from a performance background Caetlyn knows what it’s like to experience high levels of stress and performance anxiety, but mindfulness meditation helped her grow as a public speaker, teacher and performer.
