Mental Toughness & Resilience

At The Flourish Project we use the science of mental toughness to build resilience and a reservoir of personal resources to enable individuals to effectively deal with challenge, stressors and pressure, particularly in times of rapid change, which can effect our state of mind and performance. Performance can be optimized through mental training in mental toughness to produce consistently high levels of performance or goal attainment. 


 Employee Wellness Programs

We understand that workplaces are fast-paced, pressured and ever-changing environments, and that this can impact on an organisation’s most valuable resource – its people. Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness – if you don’t have your mental fitness in check, it is difficult to feel good about anything. With this in mind The Flourish Project offers the first technology enhanced mindfulness meditation studio in Adelaide, utilising brainwave sensing technology to help people find their calm, workout their mind and measure and track progress giving users real-time feedback on their mental state.  It is the first training tool in the world that gives users accurate, real-time feedback on what’s happening in their brain while they meditate allowing them to learn quickly.  Recent studies have confirmed that using this tool demonstrated a 16% reduction in perceived stress in just four weeks compared to a control group and longer term use reduced stress and anxiety by 35% .
