Our fees are lower than the Australian Psychological Society’s recommended fee of $251 for a standard 45 to 60 minute consultation (2018/2019). Please Note we are not a bulk-billing service however concession and student rates can be negotiated.

Please be aware that if you are a registered participant with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) you may be able to use your NDIS funding to pay for psychological services. Please note, however that we only accept referrals from people who have elected to ‘self-manage’ their NDIS plan (or at least the ‘psychology’ portion of their plan) or where a Plan Manger has been appointed to manage funds on their behalf.

MEDICARE

If you have a referral from a GP or a psychiatrist for a Mental Health Treatment Plan you will be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $124.50 (for a clinical psychologist) and $84.80 (for a general psychologist) per individual session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. After we have processed your payment we can process for rebate for you via Medicare Online. Medicare advises us that these funds will appear in your bank account within 2-3 business days.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have private health insurance that includes psychological counselling as extras cover you may be eligible for a partial rebate. It is recommended that you contact your individual insurance provider for further information about your individual coverage.
