Sophie holds a Masters in Psychology (Organisational) from the University of Adelaide and is registered to practice psychology under the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a registered Medicare provider. Sophie works with clients through a number of challenging life events, such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, and provides coaching to help clients achieve personal and professional goals. She is highly effective in achieving outcomes, utilising a combination of Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.  

Her passions include working with clients to build resilience and mental toughness, cultivate emotional intelligence, and to help her clients uncover their individual strengths and ultimately realise their potential to achieve personal growth, psychological wellbeing and greater satisfaction across multiple life domains. She places great value in building strong therapeutic and trusting relationships, and believes this has been central to her client’s success and meaningful change. Sophie offers training and consultancy to organisations who want to improve staff well-being and performance, create a positive culture and a flourishing workplace.  

Sophie also has extensive experience working in the disability sector, conducting cognitive and adaptive behaviour assessments, writing comprehensive reports, conducting functional behaviour analyses and preparing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, as well as coaching and training service providers/carers in the implementation of Plans, that aim to increase clients quality of life and life satisfaction.
