Service Agreement By booking an appointment with The Flourish Project, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions of service.
Payment Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
Appointment Cancellations If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to do so, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Privacy and Confidentiality Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during your sessions will be kept confidential and stored securely, in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles. Some exceptions apply, such as when there is a risk to yourself or others.
Service Limitations The Flourish Project provides psychological services and does not offer emergency or crisis services. If you are in a crisis, please call an emergency hotline or visit your local hospital emergency department.
Telehealth Services If you choose to access services via telehealth, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a private, suitable environment for the session.
Intellectual Property The Flourish Project retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its services, including all associated intellectual property and proprietary rights. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of our material, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Services according to these Terms.
